Baking and creating edible delights is my life. This passion began from the time I could reach my mom's kitchen counter. I would beg to crack the eggs and to roll the dough. I would daydream of one day having my own bakery, so I set out on a path to make it happen...

I attended Barbados Community College for Culinary Arts before furthering my skills in Baking & Pastry at Johnson & Wales University in North Carolina, USA. As a born and raised Bajan, I returned home to Barbados and in 2018, I launched 'Just Baked by Madeline'
